CMRLC is for those who are interested in and want to increase their knowledge of minerals, rocks, gems, fossils, and the lapidary arts. This is a fun, informal group. They have a children’s program (Kidz Mine), which is great for kids interested in rock collecting. They also host a rock show every May with a special section for kids.
